When employees lie, cheat, or steal, we discipline. But do we have to tell them all the ways they could get disciplined? Nah.
Today, I go through my favorite policy – harassment. When I work with a client, it is highly likely I’m going to ask to see this policy. I will want to see it in an investigation, for a respectful workplace training, or when an employee relations issue pops up. As one of the most important policies in your handbook, please pay attention to this one.
